The Ticket Cricket offers a limited money-back guarantee in some non-criminal traffic infraction cases. In the event that your case qualifies for this guarantee, the Ticket Cricket will refund your legal fee in the event that you receive points on your license at the conclusion of your case. Please note that we do not guarantee dismissal of your case, or that you will not be ordered to pay court costs, or ordered to attend traffic school. The conditions of this guarantee are as follows:

• Non-criminal, civil infractions only.
• Does not include accident cases, school zone cases, work zone cases, and mandatory court cases.
• For Miami-Dade County cases, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding two years.
• For Broward County cases, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding two years.
• For Palm Beach County cases, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding two years.
• For St. Lucie and Martin County County cases, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding two years, and speed does not exceed 15 m.p.h. over applicable limit
• For Osceola and Orange County cases, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding two years.
• For cases in all other Florida counties, client must have had no other tickets within the preceding five years, and speed does not exceed 14 m.p.h. over applicable limit.

If your case does not satisfy the above criteria, then money-back guarantee does not apply. It is possible that you will be adjudicated guilty of the offense, and thereby receive points on your license.
